Freshly harvested sugarcane juice is available daily from my grandfather's field.

The sugarcane at Miyako-no-Mibi Teahouse is,The father of the owner (Ishimine) is from Miyako Island.One tree is cut down by hand every day,
The sugarcane is carefully cleaned so as not to damage it and brought to the Miyako-teahouse every morning.
The juice is then carefully squeezed in a custom-built "sugarcane squeezer" to produce freshly pressed sugarcane juice.
The secret to the delicious taste is all in the careful handwork.
